Ingredients
- 100 g lamb`s lettuce
- 2 oranges, no juice oranges
- 50 g rapes, liht
- 50 g rapes, dark
- 100 g cheese (Gouda), in one piece
- 30 g walnuts, halved
For the dressing:
- 1 orange (s), (as reserve)
- 3 tablespoon vinegar, (white wine vinegar)
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- sugar

- Clean, wash and spin the lettuce. Now peel 2 oranges over a bowl so that the whole white skin is also removed, cut between the separating membranes and remove the orange fillets and place them on a plate. Squeeze out the orange residue by hand and collect the juice in the bowl.
- Wash grapes, cut in half and remove any seeds. Roughly chop the walnuts. Dice or cut the cheese into small pieces.
- Make dressing from 8 tablespoons of orange juice (if the collected juice is not enough, squeeze out the 3rd orange), 3 tablespoons. White wine vinegar, 3 tablespoon. Olive oil, salt, pepper and sugar.
- Arrange everything on plates or wider glass bowls and drizzle with the dressing.
- The amount is intended for 4 people as a starter.
