Ingredients

  • 150 g lamb`s lettuce
  • 2 medium carrot (s), (grated)
  • 2 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • 1 small onion (s), (red)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 ½ tablespoon vinegar, (raspberry vinegar)
  • 2 tablespoon rapeseed oil
  • Salt and pepper, salad herbs

Instructions

  1. Wash the lamb`s lettuce clean and remove the small stalks.
  2. Peel the carrots and slice or grate them into fine pencils.
  3. Finely chop the onion and place in a salad bowl. Mix with the spices, honey, lemon juice, vinegar and oil. Add the grated carrot sticks and the sunflower seeds and let them steep.
  4. Fold in the lamb`s lettuce just before serving.
