Ingredients
- 150 g lamb`s lettuce
- 2 medium carrot (s), (grated)
- 2 tablespoon sunflower seeds
- 1 small onion (s), (red)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 ½ tablespoon vinegar, (raspberry vinegar)
- 2 tablespoon rapeseed oil
- Salt and pepper, salad herbs

- Wash the lamb`s lettuce clean and remove the small stalks.
- Peel the carrots and slice or grate them into fine pencils.
- Finely chop the onion and place in a salad bowl. Mix with the spices, honey, lemon juice, vinegar and oil. Add the grated carrot sticks and the sunflower seeds and let them steep.
- Fold in the lamb`s lettuce just before serving.
