Instructions

  1. Wash the lamb`s lettuce clean and remove the small stalks.
  2. Peel the carrots and slice or grate them into fine pencils.
  3. Finely chop the onion and place in a salad bowl. Mix with the spices, honey, lemon juice, vinegar and oil. Add the grated carrot sticks and the sunflower seeds and let them steep.
  4. Fold in the lamb`s lettuce just before serving.
