Ingredients

For the dressing:

2 tablespoon vinegar (white wine vinegar)
1 tablespoon vinegar (raspberry vinegar)
2 tablespoon oil (walnut oil)
2 small onions, very finely chopped
Salt and pepper from the mill, coarsely ground
garlic

Instructions

Heat the oil in a pan. Add the bacon and pumpkin seeds and roast. Remove from pan with a slotted spoon and drain. For the dressing, put all the ingredients in a small bowl and stir well.
Put the lamb`s lettuce and tomatoes in a large bowl, pour the dressing over them and mix. Top with bacon and pumpkin seeds and serve with fresh bread.
