Warm the milk to room temperature. Pour in gelatin. Leave to swell for 10-15 minutes. Then heat in a water bath until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Add sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix.
Cool milk with gelatin to room temperature, and then refrigerate for 10-15 minutes (the mass should “grab” slightly). Then put the container with milk dessert in a saucepan with cold water and start whisking.
When the mass thickens (after about 5 minutes of beating), put the milk dessert in the bowls and refrigerate to solidify.
