Crumble the yeast and dissolve it in 500 ml warm (not hot) water. Mix the flour with the remaining ingredients and gradually add the yeast water and knead well.
Put the bread dough in a mold and bake at 200 ° C for 1 hour.
The dough does not have to rise beforehand. The grains can be replaced with any other ingredient such as nuts, bacon, etc. The type of wholemeal flour can also be selected according to taste (e.g. spelled, rye, whole wheat flour, etc.)
