To prepare the crumble, knead the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, butter and cinnamon and pour onto the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C (convection) for approx. 20 - 25 minutes.
The muffins rise nicely, smell delicious and taste great too! This recipe can also be baked as a cake in a springform pan. Then the baking time is approx. 45 minutes.
