Ingredients
- 120 g butter
- 90 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 2 egg (s)
- 250 g flour
- 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
- 120 ml milk
- 500 g apples
For the sprinkles:
- 100 g flour
- 60 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 75 g butter
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon
- possibly paper cases

- For the batter, mix together the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar, then add the 2 eggs and mix together. Then add the flour, baking powder and milk. Peel the apples and cut into small pieces. Fold under the dough. Then fill the dough into the wells of a 12-cup muffin pan (I recommend paper liners).
- To prepare the crumble, knead the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, butter and cinnamon and pour onto the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C (convection) for approx. 20 - 25 minutes.
- The muffins rise nicely, smell delicious and taste great too! This recipe can also be baked as a cake in a springform pan. Then the baking time is approx. 45 minutes.
