Ingredients

  • 125 g flour
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 125 g suar
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • salt
  • 100 g butter, soft
  • 500 g quark, 20% fat
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 1 packet pudding powder
  • 125 g powdered suar
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 24 paper cases, 5 cm Ø

Instructions

  1. Put 2 paper cases inside each other and place them in the hollows of a muffin tin for 12 pieces.
  2. Process flour, 75 g sugar, 1 vanilla sugar, 1 pinch of salt and butter in pieces first with the dough hook of the hand mixer and then briefly with your hands to create sprinkles. Chill for about 30 minutes.
  3. Briefly mix the quark, eggs, 125 g sugar, 1 vanilla sugar, 1 pinch of salt and custard powder. Fill into the molds. Spread the sprinkles on top.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven (electric stove: 200 ° C / convection: 175 ° C / gas: level 3) for approx. 30 minutes. Allow to cool in the mold.
  5. Mix together powdered sugar and lemon juice. Draw strips over the muffins. Let dry.
