Cheese Muffins

Cheesecakes will be an excellent addition to the first courses, or with a cup of sweet tea or coffee. Sometimes I bake these muffins instead of bread.

Ingredients

  • Hard cheese – 150 g
  • Milk – 150 ml
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Sunflower oil – 50 ml + for lubricating molds
  • Flour – 200 g
  • Baking powder – 1 teaspoon.
  • Dried Bulgarian pepper – 1 teaspoon.
  • Ground pepper mixture – 1 pinch
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine eggs, milk and sunflower oil.
  2. Beat with a mixer, add salt.
  3. Sift flour with baking powder and add to the whipped mixture.
  4. Stir first with a spatula and then beat with a mixer on low speed.
  5. Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater, add to the dough.
  6. Season the dough with a mixture of ground peppers, dried bell pepper (you can add any seasoning to taste), mix everything well with a spatula.
  7. Divide the dough into tins greased with vegetable oil, filling them 2/3 full – keep in mind that muffins grow well when baked.
  8. Bake the cheesecakes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
  9. Snack cheesecakes are ready.
