Cheese Muffins

Cheesecakes will be an excellent addition to the first courses, or with a cup of sweet tea or coffee. Sometimes I bake these muffins instead of bread.
Ingredients
- Hard cheese – 150 g
- Milk – 150 ml
- Eggs – 2 pcs.
- Sunflower oil – 50 ml + for lubricating molds
- Flour – 200 g
- Baking powder – 1 teaspoon.
- Dried Bulgarian pepper – 1 teaspoon.
- Ground pepper mixture – 1 pinch
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Combine eggs, milk and sunflower oil.
- Beat with a mixer, add salt.
- Sift flour with baking powder and add to the whipped mixture.
- Stir first with a spatula and then beat with a mixer on low speed.
- Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater, add to the dough.
- Season the dough with a mixture of ground peppers, dried bell pepper (you can add any seasoning to taste), mix everything well with a spatula.
- Divide the dough into tins greased with vegetable oil, filling them 2/3 full – keep in mind that muffins grow well when baked.
- Bake the cheesecakes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
- Snack cheesecakes are ready.
