Ingredients
- 400 g flour
- 200 g powdered suar, (normal suar works too)
- 200 g butter, or mararine
- 1 egg (s)
- 1 ½ teaspoon, leveled baking powder
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
For the filling:
- 750 g quark, lean level
- 4 egg (s)
- 250 grams sugar
- 125 g butter, melted
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 25 g semolina (soft wheat)
- 1 bag / s sauce powder, vanilla
- 1 small lemon (s), add the juice

- Knead the first 6 ingredients into a dough. Grease and flour a 28 springform pan well, press 2/3 of the dough (save 1/3 for the crumble) into the tin, form an approx. 2 cm high rim and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Then mix the ingredients for the filling and pour into the mold, smooth out. Place the streusel on the quark mixture and bake in the preheated oven (at 150 ° C convection or 170 top / bottom heat) for about 50 - 60 minutes.
- Do not cut the cake until it has cooled down.
