Stone the dates and cut into small pieces.
Put the muesli mixture, flaked almonds, sunflower seeds, peanuts, amaranth, sultanas and dates in a bowl. Add the cinnamon and salt and mix everything well.
Melt coconut oil, almond butter and honey / maple syrup in a saucepan over low heat and stir well. Add the liquid coconut and almond butter mixture to the other ingredients and stir everything thoroughly. Then lay out the cereal mixture on a baking sheet.
Bake the muesli mixture in a preheated oven at 100 ° C top / bottom heat for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Let everything cool down completely.
The muesli tastes delicious with yogurt and fresh fruit.
