Ingredients
- 1 cup muesli (5-grain flakes)
- 0.25 ¼ cup flaked almonds
- 0.25 ¼ cup peanuts, approx. 50 g
- 4 tablespoon sunflower seeds
- 4 tablespoon amaranth, puffed
- 5 tablespoon sultanas
- 5 tablespoon date (s)
- some cinnamon
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 6 tablespoon coconut oil
- 5 tablespoon almond butter
- 2 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

- The cup used as a measure has a volume of approx. 200 ml.
- Stone the dates and cut into small pieces.
- Put the muesli mixture, flaked almonds, sunflower seeds, peanuts, amaranth, sultanas and dates in a bowl. Add the cinnamon and salt and mix everything well.
- Melt coconut oil, almond butter and honey / maple syrup in a saucepan over low heat and stir well. Add the liquid coconut and almond butter mixture to the other ingredients and stir everything thoroughly. Then lay out the cereal mixture on a baking sheet.
- Bake the muesli mixture in a preheated oven at 100 ° C top / bottom heat for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Let everything cool down completely.
- The muesli tastes delicious with yogurt and fresh fruit.
