- 0.5 ½ banana (s)
- 0.5 ½ apple
- 25 g oat flakes, 2 lihtly heaped tablespoons
- 25 g corn flakes, 2 tablespoon
- 150 g natural yourt 1.5%
- some Milk

- Mix the yoghurt with the milk, then add the oat flakes and corn flakes.
- Cut the washed fruit bite-size, add and mix gently.
- You take the cornflakes that you like best. If it`s the unsweetened flakes, you can stir a little honey into the yogurt if you like. I add milk because of the oat flakes, they absorb liquid. The fruit can of course be exchanged for other fruit.
