- Bring the milk to the boil and turn the stove on to the lowest setting. Now pour in the oat flakes while stirring and add the salt. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Finally, sweeten with honey as desired. I like to add 2 tablespoon per serving.
- The soup becomes quite thick after this recipe. If you want it more liquid, you simply have to use more milk than indicated.
