Cut the Cabanossi into approx. 1 cm wide slices, the paprika and zucchini into bite-sized pieces, the onion into half rings and the garlic into small cubes.
Heat the olive oil in a pan, then add the ham cubes and then the Cabanossi and fry for about 5 minutes over a higher heat. Add onion rings and garlic and sauté briefly. Then the vegetables come into the pan, everything should simmer for about 7-10 minutes over medium heat. Stir occasionally!
Finally, season the contents of the pan with paprika and instant stock and mix. Put the two eggs in the pan and fry for 3 - 4 minutes. Season with pepper to taste.
Remove the pan from the oven plate, sprinkle in the cheddar and mix everything well again.
