Ingredients

  • 2 Cabanossi
  • 2 pointed peppers
  • 0.5 ½ zucchini
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 pack diced ham, lean
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 70 g cheddar cheese, rated
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped paprika, hot pink
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable stock, instant
  • Pepper, more colorful

Instructions

  1. Cut the Cabanossi into approx. 1 cm wide slices, the paprika and zucchini into bite-sized pieces, the onion into half rings and the garlic into small cubes.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan, then add the ham cubes and then the Cabanossi and fry for about 5 minutes over a higher heat. Add onion rings and garlic and sauté briefly. Then the vegetables come into the pan, everything should simmer for about 7-10 minutes over medium heat. Stir occasionally!
  3. Finally, season the contents of the pan with paprika and instant stock and mix. Put the two eggs in the pan and fry for 3 - 4 minutes. Season with pepper to taste.
  4. Remove the pan from the oven plate, sprinkle in the cheddar and mix everything well again.
