  • 1 m zucchini, green

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 170 ° C fan oven. Prepare a baking dish.
  2. Core the peppers and cut into strips. Cut the mushrooms into slices. Slice the zucchini into long thin strips. Finely chop room garlic or 1 - 2 cloves of garlic. Put everything together in the baking dish. Pour the spices (little salt, as the sheep`s cheese is salty) and oil over it and mix a little. Crumble the sheep`s cheese over the vegetables. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes.
  3. Tastes good vegetarian, but it also goes well with fish or meat. We simply placed two bratwurst rolls on top of the vegetables and baked them with them.
