Ingredients

  • 200 g desiccated coconut
  • 100 g almond (s), round
  • 100 g sunflower seeds
  • 50 g walnuts
  • 50 g pumpkin seeds
  • 20 g protein powder, chocolate flavor
  • 20 g cocoa powder, 60% cocoa content
  • 4 egg whites
  • Sweetener, or stevia

Instructions

  1. Put all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Mix the egg whites with sweetener or stevia and add to the bowl. Mix well together so that a homogeneous and evenly moist mass is created. It should all be slightly crumbly.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and distribute the mixture evenly on it. Place in the oven preheated to 130 degrees for 60 minutes. Everything should be mixed thoroughly every 15 minutes so that drying takes place evenly. Since the mass is quite productive, I divide the whole thing on two baking trays.
  3. Allow to cool well after baking and pour into a suitable box or container.
