Ingredients

  • 500 g quark, 20% fat
  • 100 g butter
  • 120 g erythritol (suar substitute)
  • 50 g almond flour
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 0.25 ¼ pack baking powder
  • some lemon peel or juice
  • some vanilla pulp or vanilla FlavDrops

Moreover:

  • Coconut oil for greasing the mold
  • fruits

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients well. A small baking pan (I have one made of silicone 20 x 20 cm) is best greased with coconut oil and poured in the dough. If you like, you can spread some fruit on it.
  2. Then bake the cake at 175 degrees top / bottom heat for about 50 - 60 minutes and let it cool down in the oven so that it doesn`t collapse.
  3. Tip: The cake tastes even better the next day.
