  • 20 g chia seeds
  • 30 g psyllium husks
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 300 g low-fat quark
  • 4 egg (s)

Instructions

  1. Weigh all dry ingredients one after the other, place in a bowl and stir. Add the low-fat quark and eggs and stir well, leave to soak for about 10 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. With damp hands, shape 4 rolls out of the dough, place on the baking sheet and flatten lightly. Then cut out a circle in the middle of the roll with a shot glass, this is no longer needed.
  4. Bake in the hot oven for about 25 minutes. Let it cool down and top it up as you please.
