Ingredients

  • 8 egg (s)
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 400 g round beef
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 5 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 onion (s), cut into small pieces
  • 1 head garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce
  • 250 g tomato (s)
  • 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
  • 1 packet feta cheese, light
  • 1 bottle dressing (French dressing)
  • salt and pepper
  • Spice mix (tomato seasoning)
  • thyme
  • oregano
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Separate the eggs and mix the yolks with the cream cheese and spices as desired. Beat the egg white until stiff and fold into the mixture.
  2. Spread the mixture on the baking sheet and bake at 150 ° C for about 20 minutes.
  3. During this time, mix the mince together with onions, oil, tomato paste, garlic and spices as you wish. Carefully distribute the paste on the dough and bake for another 20 minutes.
  4. Clean the vegetables, chop the lettuce, dice the tomatoes, cucumber and feta cheese and mix.
  5. Carefully pull the dough off the baking paper (you can also roll it so it doesn`t tear) and place on aluminum foil. Place the vegetable mixture in the middle and pour the dressing on top. Roll up the dough and serve. Sometimes the dough is too thin and tears - but the aluminum foil holds everything together if necessary.
