  • 75 g cream cheese
  • 175 g almond flour, de-oiled
  • 3 large egg (s)
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • Seeds, e.g., sesame seeds, poppy seeds, flax seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat.
  2. Put the mozzarella and cream cheese in the Thermomix container. Put the lid on and heat for 3 min. / Varoma / level 3.
  3. Quickly add two eggs, salt and the almond flour for 1 min. / Speed 7. Add baking powder and knead for 1 more min. / Dough mode.
  4. Shape the dough into 6 small bagels and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Whisk the third egg and brush the bagels with it, decorate with various seeds as you like.
  5. Bake the bagels for about 10-15 minutes on the middle rack until they are golden brown.
  6. A little tip: Bagels are particularly easy to shape by rolling a small sausage and simply bringing the ends together so that a hole remains in the middle.
  7. The bagels also taste very good when toasted the next morning.
