Cut the chicken breast fillet into strips of the same size and fry in a pan. Then take the fillet out again.
Cut the potatoes (raw, peeled) into thin strips (similar to chips) and fry in the pan until golden brown. Cut the onion into small cubes and add to the potatoes. Also fry the peppers cut into small strips. Then put the chicken breast fillet back in the pan. Mix everything well. Finally, season with salt, pepper and chives.
Tip: also tastes very good refined with crème fraîche.
