Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cook in salted water for 20-25 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, remove the needles from the rosemary sprigs. Lay out 2 slices of the bacon so that they overlap and sprinkle with a generous half of the rosemary.
  3. Cut the cooked potatoes lengthways, carefully push them apart and season with salt and pepper. Put the rest of the rosemary needles in the potatoes and place a flake of butter on top. Lightly squeeze the potatoes again, wrap the bacon around them, place in a baking dish and grill in the stove for about 15 minutes.
  4. It is also great on a griddle lined with aluminum foil, then grill for about 12 minutes until crispy.
  5. Tzatziki or garlic dip go well with it.
