Ingredients
- 12 potato (s), waxy (approx. 100g each)
- 200 grams bacon
- 2 sprigs rosemary, fresh
- 50 g butter, cut into flakes
- a bit salt
- some pepper

- Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cook in salted water for 20-25 minutes.
- In the meantime, remove the needles from the rosemary sprigs. Lay out 2 slices of the bacon so that they overlap and sprinkle with a generous half of the rosemary.
- Cut the cooked potatoes lengthways, carefully push them apart and season with salt and pepper. Put the rest of the rosemary needles in the potatoes and place a flake of butter on top. Lightly squeeze the potatoes again, wrap the bacon around them, place in a baking dish and grill in the stove for about 15 minutes.
- It is also great on a griddle lined with aluminum foil, then grill for about 12 minutes until crispy.
- Tzatziki or garlic dip go well with it.
