- 8 sausages
- 2 tablespoon mustard, mild
- 24 prunes
- 8 slices bacon, smoked

- Preheat the grill.
- Use a knife to cut the sausages 3/4 lengthways and place the mustard and 3 plums each in the slot. Use the back of a knife to stretch the bacon until it is very thin. Wrap a slice around each sausage. Place the sausages on a grill rack and grill for 15-20 minutes until they are cooked through and brown on all sides.
