  • 600 g cod fillet (s)
  • 2 tablespoon pesto (basil)
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 250 ml tomato (s), passed
  • a bit salt
  • some pepper
  • some stalks basil
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.
  2. Lightly salt the fish. Spread a thin layer of basil pesto on one side. Wrap 1 slice of bacon around each.
  3. Brush an ovenproof dish with olive oil. Put fish in it.
  4. Fry in the middle of the oven for 12–15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the pieces of fish.
  5. Bring the tomato sauce to the boil and season with salt and pepper. Arrange the fish fillets on the sauce. Garnish with basil.
  6. Spinach leaves and rice taste very good with them.
