Ingredients

  • 8 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • 8 slices bacon (breakfast bacon)
  • 4 tablespoon butter
  • 250 ml vegetable stock, possibly instant
  • 2 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 leeks
  • salt and pepper
  • Parsley, smooth, chopped
  • Flour, for binding
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs hard, quench and peel them. Wrap the eggs with the bacon slices and fix with small wooden skewers.
  2. In the meantime, steam the leek rings in hot butter and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Simmer a mustard sauce in a second saucepan with the butter, the stock, the mustard and the flour. If necessary, add a pinch of sugar to taste.
  4. Briefly brown the eggs in hot butter.
  5. Now add the eggs to the sauce together with the leek rings, boiled potatoes go with it.
