- Boil the eggs hard, quench and peel them. Wrap the eggs with the bacon slices and fix with small wooden skewers.
- In the meantime, steam the leek rings in hot butter and season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer a mustard sauce in a second saucepan with the butter, the stock, the mustard and the flour. If necessary, add a pinch of sugar to taste.
- Briefly brown the eggs in hot butter.
- Now add the eggs to the sauce together with the leek rings, boiled potatoes go with it.
