Instructions

1. Prepare the vanilla pudding with the milk according to the instructions on the packet, but with twice the amount of sugar. Then let it cool down a bit, stirring again and again.
2. Mix the quark with the vanilla sugar. Stir the cooled pudding into the quark and chill.
3. Applesauce goes very well with it.
4. Note: If you use low-fat cottage cheese and low-fat milk, the cream is light.
5. Tip: Can also be refined with a little eggnog.
