Prepare the vanilla pudding with the milk according to the instructions on the packet, but with twice the amount of sugar. Then let it cool down a bit, stirring again and again.
Mix the quark with the vanilla sugar. Stir the cooled pudding into the quark and chill.
Applesauce goes very well with it.
Note: If you use low-fat cottage cheese and low-fat milk, the cream is light.
