- Roughly grate the turnip and grate the onion too!
- Separate the eggs and add the yolks, stir in the pepper, salt, vegetable stock and potato flour.
- If necessary, add some Knofi and herbs of your own choice!
- Beat the egg white until stiff and fold in!
- Fry in a little rapeseed oil in portions until golden and enjoy!
- The turnip needs a hearty seasoning, unless you want to use it with sweet side dishes!
