Instructions

  1. Cut open the vanilla pod, scrape out the pulp.
  2. Bring both to the boil with the milk, then remove the vanilla pod, add the oat flakes and cook briefly. Stir in the honey as well. Let everything steep for a few more minutes.
  3. Depending on your taste, you can stir in nuts, almonds, poppy seeds or fruits, I usually add flaked almonds and strawberries, but there are no limits to the imagination.
