Mix the dry ingredients together. Then add all the moist ingredients. If the dough is too firm, add some mineral water. Finally add the banana and almond butter.
I mixed everything with a hand blender, so half a banana was quite easy to process.
Let rest for about half an hour and then bake gradually.
This variant is quite low in sugar and may not be too sweet for those with a sweet tooth. If you like, you can increase the sugar content to 60 g. Note that the banana and tiger nuts are also sweet.
