Mix all ingredients well. Put some flour on the table so that nothing sticks and knead the dough well. Tip: Do not let the dough become too firm, otherwise the detscher earth will be too hard, it should be nice and loose! Shape the dough into a roll and cut into slices (approx. 2 cm). Heat plenty of oil in the pan and fry the pieces until golden brown on both sides. Detscherde tastes best warm and sliced with a little jam on it.
