Fry the meat cubes in hot clarified butter, season with pepper, stock powder and paprika powder. Add tomato paste, onion and garlic and deglaze with ¼ l tomato juice (or tomato puree). Cook for 50 minutes, add a little water if necessary.
Then add diced paprika, corn, peas and chilli pepper, add the remaining tomato juice (or tomato puree) and paprika sausage, add some water if necessary. Season to taste with Sambal Oelek and stir in cream to refine.
