- Peel the garlic cloves, press through and stir into the mayonnaise together with the remaining ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Tips: The amount of garlic you need depends on the size of the cloves, their freshness and your own taste. I usually have about 6 medium-sized toes.
- The yoghurt can also be omitted, then the aioli has a longer shelf life (approx. 1 week).
