Put all the ingredients in a saucepan and boil with approx. 2 liters of water for 45 minutes. Now season with soy sauce or, if you like, with pepper, salt and herbs.
For breakfast, I recommend whole-grain bread with low-fat quark and herbs.
You can eat as much of the soup as you want.
If you follow this recipe, you will lose up to 500 grams per day.
