Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta as usual.
  2. In the meantime, fry the minced meat in the oil.
  3. Cut the onion, peppers and tomatoes into small cubes and add to the minced meat. Let it continue to fry and stir again and again with a wooden spoon so that it does not burn. Then add tomato paste, paprika pulp and pepper and a little water. Let the whole thing simmer until everything is easily bound.
  4. Chop the coriander and add to the meat sauce.
  5. Press the garlic and add to the natural yoghurt, season with salt.
  6. Put the finished noodles in a large bowl.
  7. Then pour the yoghurt - garlic sauce over the pasta, mix everything, and finally pour the minced meat sauce over it.
  8. I always make a salad as a side dish.
