Ingredients
- 500 g pasta
- 200 g minced meat (lamb, beef, pork or mixed)
- 2 onions)
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 2 tomato (s)
- 100 g coriander
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon paprika pulp
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 500 g natural yourt
- 1 clove garlic

- Cook the pasta as usual.
- In the meantime, fry the minced meat in the oil.
- Cut the onion, peppers and tomatoes into small cubes and add to the minced meat. Let it continue to fry and stir again and again with a wooden spoon so that it does not burn. Then add tomato paste, paprika pulp and pepper and a little water. Let the whole thing simmer until everything is easily bound.
- Chop the coriander and add to the meat sauce.
- Press the garlic and add to the natural yoghurt, season with salt.
- Put the finished noodles in a large bowl.
- Then pour the yoghurt - garlic sauce over the pasta, mix everything, and finally pour the minced meat sauce over it.
