Ingredients
- 250 g pasta (colorful Farfalle, three-colored)
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 1 leek
- 0.5 ½ glass tomato (s), dried and pickled in oil
- 1 onion (s)
- 1 zucchini
- 1 clove garlic
- Balsamic vinegar
- pepper
- possibly chilli

- Cook the pasta as usual according to the instructions on the packet.
- Heat the oil of the sun-dried tomatoes in a pan and gradually fry the remaining vegetables, cut into strips or small cubes, with the garlic in the pan (should be nicely browned).
- Mix the whole thing with the pasta and season with plenty of balsamic vinegar and pepper, or a little chilli if you like.
- Tastes particularly good when it is lukewarm.
