Instructions

  1. Peel the onions and then cut them into thin strips. Mix the strips well with the remaining ingredients and season to taste. The taste should be slightly sweet with a subtle note of salt.
  2. Put the salad in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Mix again before serving.
  3. The onions are great for grilling as a salad in summer and as a side dish with raclette in winter.
