Chop the thyme leaves. Stir the cream cheese with 2 tablespoons of crème fraîche and approx. 100 g of Greek yogurt until smooth. Squeeze the garlic and mix well with the thyme, a little salt and honey. Finally mix in the fried onions and let them steep in the refrigerator.
Season to taste before serving and sprinkle with fried onions. The fried onions absorb a lot of liquid. If you like, you can extend it with crème fraîche and / or yoghurt.
