Ingredients
- 150 g cream cheese
- 100 g yourt, Greek, approx.
- 2 tablespoon crème fraîche, approx.
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon honey, approx.
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- 1 tablespoon thyme leaves, approx.
- 50 g fried onions
- Fried onions for sprinkling

- Chop the thyme leaves. Stir the cream cheese with 2 tablespoons of crème fraîche and approx. 100 g of Greek yogurt until smooth. Squeeze the garlic and mix well with the thyme, a little salt and honey. Finally mix in the fried onions and let them steep in the refrigerator.
- Season to taste before serving and sprinkle with fried onions. The fried onions absorb a lot of liquid. If you like, you can extend it with crème fraîche and / or yoghurt.
