Instructions

  1. Mix the sour cream, crème fraîche and cream cheese and season to taste. If you want, you can also add a few splashes of Maggi.
  2. Wash the spring onions, cut the white into fine rings and stir into the mixture, keep the green cut into wider rings for decoration.
  3. Pour the dip into a serving bowl. Place a ring around the outside with the green rings of the spring onions and serve.
  4. Can be prepared well and put in the cold. Keeps in a cool place for a while if there are leftovers.
