Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 1 packet cream cheese
- 1 bunch spring onion (s)
- salt
- pepper

- Mix the sour cream, crème fraîche and cream cheese and season to taste. If you want, you can also add a few splashes of Maggi.
- Wash the spring onions, cut the white into fine rings and stir into the mixture, keep the green cut into wider rings for decoration.
- Pour the dip into a serving bowl. Place a ring around the outside with the green rings of the spring onions and serve.
- Can be prepared well and put in the cold. Keeps in a cool place for a while if there are leftovers.
