Ingredients

  • 250 g quark, lean
  • 3 tablespoon sour cream
  • 5 tablespoon milk
  • 1 bunch spring onions (with fresh greens)
  • 0.5 ½ bunch chives
  • some stalks basil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. First stir the low-fat quark with sour cream and milk until creamy.
  2. Cut the spring onions into thin rolls, chop the basil and chives and stir everything into the quark. Now season the dip with salt and pepper and, depending on the consistency, add more milk if necessary.
