  • 2 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 100 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 tablespoon raisins
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, lighter
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the onions and cut diagonally into pieces approx. 5 cm long.
  2. Melt the butter in a pan and let the onions brown in it for five minutes. Deglaze with vinegar and broth, add the raisins and spices and let cook. The onions should be soft but not crumble.
  3. Season to taste and serve.
