Ingredients
- 150 g basmati rice
- 300 g water
- 2 spring onion (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- 15 g butter
- salt

- First put the water in a saucepan on the stove and wait until it boils. Salt a little and add the rice to the saucepan. Bring to the boil once and let the rice swell over low heat for about 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat the butter in a pan and fry the garlic a little. Then add to the rice and stir in. When the rice is ready, cut the washed spring onions into fine rings and mix with the rice.
