Ingredients

  • 400 g kin prawns, peeled and cleaned
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 2 small Glass sherry, dry
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce, dark
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, peeled
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoon oil, neutral
  • 1 pack glass noodles, or chow mein noodles

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the spring onions and cut diagonally into slices. Squeeze the garlic cloves and mix with the soy sauce and sherry. Lightly toast the sesame seeds in a large pan and remove.
  2. Cook the pasta as directed.
  3. Put the oil in the pan and let it get very hot. Fry the King Prawns for about half a minute, turning them frequently, now add the spring onions and fry for about 2 minutes. Pepper. Add the soy mixture and stir in well, bring to the boil once.
  4. Arrange the pasta on the plates and sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
